I think track 28 is "Overdrivin' The Mic" by Dennis Ludiker. South Austin Jugband does this number.

Subject: Another one of those nights...
...at the River Street Jazz Cafe. Mellow crowd, just perfect for this type of performance. The musical growth and maturity of the Cabinet boys has been fun to watch over the past few years. These guys are very talented... expect big things from them in the near future.
